Shipping policy

• All items sold on this website shall be dispatched through
registered book post service by India Post or any other like services
as may be deemed appropriate by Lawline.
• Lawline shall not entertain any request for sending items through a
specific mode/courier etc.
• The orders will be dispatched within three working days. In certain
exceptional circumstances there can be a delay of one-two days in
dispatch of orders.
• The usual time of delivery may vary from six to seven working days
from date of dispatch depending on the mode of dispatch, place
where the recipient resides, public holidays etc.
• Customers are required to give the correct mobile number, email
address and shipping address. Various courier companies ask for OTP
based delivery and in case the customer fails to give the correct
mobile number, the delivery may be denied. Lawline holds no
responsibility in such cases
• Lawline is not responsible for delay in delivery by India Post,
courier company etc. We also hold no responsibility for loss or
damage of items in transit. We only guarantee to handover the
consignment to the postal authorities, courier company. The delivery
of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
• Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched. This
can be done by writing an email along with the details such as order
number, name of book, amount paid and mode of payment and
reason for cancellation of order.
• Once the order has been cancelled and such cancellation of order
is accepted by Lawline the refund shall be initiated. The time taken
for refund will be usual time as required by banking standards.
Lawline shall not be responsible for delay in refund upon cancellation
owing to banking error or delay.
• Once the order is received by the buyer, the books are nonreturnable.
